Organic baby

Non-organic cotton and other fabrics can be chock full of pesticides and toxins. That’s something you don’t need rubbing against your baby’s delicate skin.

When you can, choose organic fabrics for your baby’s clothing, bedding, and other items like nursery rugs, furniture, and stuffed toys.

Organic can be more expensive but there are ways to rationalize.

The biggie reason is organic materials are healthy for your baby and his health is worth more than gold. If you buy less items overall you can afford to buy organic for your baby. Look at all the stuff you don’t need for your baby.

bumble-bee-teether.jpgA few good organic baby products from Sage Baby:

Bumble Bee Ring Gold; perfect for a baby starting to teeth. made out of 100% Organic Egyptian Cotton and stuffed with organic cotton.

Sherpa Friends are cute and organic; from Sage Baby. “buttery-soft organic sherpa animal is filled with lavender & lentils, & is perfect for napping with or telling your secrets to! Plus, the friend is moldable into different animal speesees shapes to stimulate imaginations” sounds fun to me.

organic-baby-long-johns.jpgI love baby long johns and Sage baby has some new arrivals right now, “These comfy long johns are simple and great for everyday use. They are made with soft organic cotton rib knit with no flame retardant. They are made in accordance with the Federal Safety requirement for sleepwear.”

If you haven’t used baby long johns give these organic ones a try. They’re easier than regular footsie pjs and babies look adorable in them.
