In keeping with the idea that we can improve our children’s environments and reduce chemicals I found a free green living poster for you. The poster, from theSeattle Times, offers a fresh design, along with easy and fast tips about keeping your home green and healthy.
It’s important to think about what we can do to improve our earth. It’s even more so important once you have a child. If you can get your child thinking about the environment at a very young age, your little will grow up with issues like recycling, conserving water, and appreciating the environment being the norm, not the exception.
I know starting at an early age works. I started talking about eco-issues with Cedar when he was tiny. He turns 7 tomorrow and he’s already a better environmentalist than I am. If you leave a light on he hounds you and he’s made a game out of tossing things from afar into the the recycling bins.
