I hope everyone had a wonderful day yesterday. Next up, New Years. Frankly that’s a much less baby friendly holiday than Christmas but we’ll still be looking at some ways to celebrate over the next few days.

You maybe got some new household items or sports equipment as gifts. That’s why this is the perfect time to get on board with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. You can sign up for product recall alerts by email or RSS. If you don’t want to sign up you can simply visit their site once a week to learn about recalls related to:

• Toys
• Child products (not including toys)
• Household products
