I just read the best post, How To Remain Sexy: The Mommy Version. The advice is sound, the tips handy, but most of all I liked that this mama rocks with honesty. She admitted to being one of those women before kids who thought staying sexy after a child was a snap, but actually learned otherwise. I love that. So many of those be a sexy new mama articles make you think, “Um, did some unattached 23 year old with NO kids write this?” This piece, however, is worth a read.
Inside Motherhood has the scoop about what it’s like to be involved in a Pull-Up war with a small child. Been there, done that, great post.
You must read: Rubbing off the tarnish, which starts off, “I love my daughter, I just don’t like her on most days.” and later goes on to cover how you can find the silver lining. Excellent read if you’ve ever found yourself staring at your child and thinking, “Who is this little person?”
An excellent look at home birth, and the legal issues in My Illegal Home Birth - it’s so lame we even need articles like this, but we do. I loved this article.
What have you read that’s great and mama related lately?Â
