Vegerarian diets are good to go for pregnancy

I’m a vegetarian and the funny thing is when i was pregnant with my son I wanted meat. Tons of meat.

If you’re a vegetarian you can continue to stick to your diet even while you’re pregnant. Lots of women are vegetarians and have perfectly healthy babies. You still need to eat an extra 200 to 300 calories a day depending on your care providers suggestions but no meat is a perfectly fine way to go.

Make sure that you’re getting plenty of healthy protein from smart choices like beans and peanut butter.

What about you? Do you think cravings suggest your baby’s gender?
