Baby making help

There’s more to making a baby than simply knowing how to work it in the bedroom… although that usually helps.

Here are some baby making tips:

If you have a body mass index (BMI) of 20-24 you’re more likely to become pregnant, than a woman with a lower or higher BMI. To check your BMI visit the BMI link at the National Institutes of Health. If your BMI is not within the recommeded range, this link offers tips about how to get your BMI on track.

Studies show that women who take a regular iron supplement of 40-80 mg and a daily multivitamin are less likely to experience problems conceiving.

And of course, women who eat a good diet, with fertility superfoods, will usually become pregnant more easily than women eating an inadequate diet.
